RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

HOW TO RETURN

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us via LINE OA or Instagram DM at @fixoffear.official within the return window. Please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions once your request is approved.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Limited edition and numbered pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items are also non-returnable. Custom or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
